This revised version of the original edition, which was published in 1961, was first published in 1966, and this edition in 1977.

With dust jacket, gilt lettering on brown boards, numerous b/w photographs, and each chapter headed with a reproduction of a drawing by the author.

Condition: Contents very clean and bright. Small repaired tear to bottom right of dust jacket front, and some vertical creasing to inner dust jacket flaps. Minor stain to bottom interior of dust jacket front and bottom left inside corner of front board.
